Continuing Education Credits

The Gottman Institute is proud to offer Continuing Education for social workers, marriage and family therapists, and psychologists, via many of our professional products and trainings. To receive CEs at a Live Gottman Method Clinical Training, please contact the event organizer. There is no pre-registration required. For the Level 1 and Level 2 Home Study sets, the CE forms are included in the Clinician’s Manual. To receive CE hours for On-Demand Courses, completion of the post exam with 80% or higher is required to be CE eligible. The Gottman Institute regularly partners with Cognitive Behavior Institute. Cognitive Behavior Institute is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The cost of CE hours are not included in the price of the product. Cost of CE hours depends on the number of hours available, and ranges from $9.99 to $40.

Marriage and Family Therapists:

Many states do not require pre-approval of continuing education offerings. Additionally many states accept courses that are offered by APA, ASWB, and NBCC approved providers. Please check with your licensing board to determine your specific requirements.
